National Association of Home Builders is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.

CBIA
California Building Industry Association is a statewide trade association based in Sacramento representing more than 5,000 companies, including homebuilders, trade contractors, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers and other industry professionals.

BIASC
The
Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/SC) is a nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,600 member companies with 100,000 employees. Our mission is to promote and protect the industry to ensure our members' success in providing homes for all Southern Californians. BIASC is the corporate entity of the six operating chapters covering the Southern Cal Region.
Affiliation: Member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California; Michael Vairin sits as the Association Board President for 2010 and was recently awarded the Presidents Award for 2009.
In addition to the membership through BDG, Michael Vairin has been one of the Senior Officers of BIASC for the last couple of years and is the 2010 President of the Board of Directors.

Riverside BIA
Riverside County BIA is a Chapter of BIASC and provides the local advocacy of over 750 companies and 1200 individual members who are actively involved in all facets of the homebuilding industry.
All BIA chapters have a history of powerful advocacy for the homebuilding industry. The chapter also offers a multitude of networking opportunities, cost-saving benefits, and educational programs, to strengthen our individual members' businesses as well as the local home-building environment as a whole.
Michael Vairin considers the Riverside Chapter his home chapter and is a current sitting Member of the Board of Directors.
